Healthwatch Birmingham

Healthwatch Birmingham is an independent champion for health and social care services. I was commissioned to produce a series of nine reports for Birmingham Hospital Trusts to evaluate the quality of service people received in waiting rooms in Birmingham’s hospitals. A summary report was then produced detailing the findings across all nine hospitals featuring the recommendations made to each Trust, and the response to the recomendations from the hospitals.

Another report was produced investigating what people, with a range of conditions, want from the service when they visit their general practice.
