Leicester Curry Awards

The Leicester Curry Awards, the brainchild of Romail Gulzar, founder and director of Pukaar Group, was a way of bringing international recognition to the many quality restaurants and takeaways thriving throughout Leicestershire. Working with Romail, I designed the logo and publicity, inaugural launch material, menus, certificates, web banners, PowerPoint presentations, newspaper spreads, street furniture, bus banners, in fact, just about everything.

The awards became so successful that the Toronto (Canada) Curry Awards and National Samosa Week were developed and added to the roster. Other promotions included Leicester's Got Talent and support for the many charities in Leicester.
